The NALC belts are composed of “nonwoven fabric” flaps glued to a cotton cloth support.
They are made in various grains, using either “non-woven fabric” with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide. They are available in different formats and can be used on column machines or on automatic machines or robots. They can be used both on flat and shaped surfaces fitting perfectly to the shape of the profile.

ADVANTAGES
• They can be shaped to perfectly fit the shape of the product to be processed
• The abrasive regenerates automatically during processing, maintaining a constant cutting and finishing capacity
• Usable in sequence with different grain combinations
• The last longer than traditional NWF belts.
