The 3M™ Trizact™ belts uses 3M™ microreplication technology with aluminum oxide particles that cover a rayon backing, for a uniform cut and a fine and consistent finish.
These belts also contain a specific additive that prevents heat build-up, deformation and burning, while the durable cloth backing offers control, conformability and effective removal at medium pressure. The resin bonded abrasive offers greater heat resistance and prevents delamination.
The three-dimensional pyramidal structures formed by the abrasive are uniformly distributed over the entire surface, ensuring constant performance.
These pyramids contain mineral layers that break with repeated use, continually exposing new minerals.
