The cotton and sisal/cotton pleated discs are made with V-folded plain cotton stripe or cotton/sisal stripe sewn together and closed with two stapled cardboard covers.
They can be natural or resin-coated products.
It differs from the ventilated disc for greater rigidity during processing.
